2011—2016年北京朝阳医院HIV监测结果分析

Results analysis of AIDS surveillance in Beijing Chaoyang hospital from 2011 to 2016

目的了解2011—2016年北京朝阳医院监测的艾滋病（AIDS）流行病学特征和感染状况。方法收集2011—2016年北京朝阳医院HIV抗体筛查结果和同期报告的艾滋病病例的一般人口学特征和感染状况,利用STATA 14.0统计软件进行描述性分析。结果 2011—2016年北京朝阳医院累计进行艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体筛查436 550人次,HIV确证阳性745例,阳性检出率0.17%;连续6年的阳性检出率分别为0.11%、0.15%、0.15%、0.19%、0.20%、0.20%。剔除重复检测和已知阳性病例后,共报告HIV感染者/AIDS病例729例,其中男性占94.24%,青壮年占73.25%,报告时感染状况为AIDS的占36.35%;来源于皮肤性病科的构成比占44.03%。结论 2011—2016年北京朝阳医院HIV抗体阳性检出率呈逐年上升趋势,皮肤性病科是HIV阳性发现的主要来源,有相当比例的病例处于晚发现状况。提示需进一步重视和扩大综合医院中医生主动提供HIV检测咨询工作,加强在高危人群和重点人群中的HIV筛查。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and infection status of AIDS based on the cases detected in Beijing Chaoyang hospital from 2011 to 2016.Methods The results of HIV screening tests,and the reported cases were collected followed by the analysis to know their demographic characteristics and infection status with STATA 14.0.Results From 2011 to 2016,there was a total of 436 550 person-time HIV screened.Among them,745 person-time were diagnosed as HIV infection with a rate of 0.17%.The positive rates of the six years were 0.11%,0.15%,0.15%,0.19%,0.20% and 0.20%.After remove of the repeated testing and those known cases,there were 729 cases reported,with 94.24% of males,73.25% of young adults,and 36.35% of the cases diagnosed as AIDS.The largest proportion（44.03%cases）was detected from the department of dermatology in the hospital.Conclusion The positive rates of HIV infection detected by Beijing Chaoyang hospital increase year by year.The department of dermatology is the main source of HIV/AIDS detection,and a considerable proportion of the cases is lately diagnosed,indicating the doctors in general hospitals need to initiate counseling and testing,especially for the high risk behavior populations.
