南京市某艺术高校大学生对艾滋病歧视情况及影响因素

Current status of discrimination against AIDS and its influencing factors among students in an art college in Nanjing

目的了解南京市某艺术高校大学生对艾滋病的认知、态度及其影响因素,为高校有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育干预提供依据。方法随机抽取某艺术学院大学生,利用＂问卷星（http：//www.sojump.com/）＂网络平台,设计、录入网络版＂大学生艾滋病相关知信行（KAP）调查问卷＂,并通过QQ、微信在电脑和手机端完成调查问卷。结果共调查艺术高校大学生1 045人,8条艾滋病核心知识知晓率为80.19%（838人）。41.91%（438人）大学生表示关注艾滋病感染问题,86.41%（903人）大学生对自己艾滋病相关知识缺乏信心,82.49%（862人）大学生获取艾滋病知识方式为网络。23.25%（243人）大学生有过性行为,其中,首次性行为使用安全套者占63.37%（154/243）,最近1次性行为使用安全套者占72.84%（177/243）。45.74%（478人）大学生介意朋友圈中有艾滋病病毒感染者;48.42%（506人）大学生介意与艾滋病病毒感染者一起学习;60.86%（636人）大学生介意好朋友是艾滋病病毒感染者;83.64%（874人）大学生介意室友是1名艾滋病病毒感染者（χ2趋势=690.57,P〈0.01）。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,对艾滋病患者的歧视程度,女生要高于男生[比值比（OR）=1.76,95%可信区间（CI）：1.33~2.33]、自认为知识丰富的要低于不丰富的学生（OR=0.55,95%CI：0.40~0.77）、艾滋病知识知晓的要低于不知晓的学生（OR=0.41,95%CI：0.31~0.55）。结论南京某艺术高校大学生存在不同程度的对艾滋病患者的歧视,应加强高校艾滋病相关健康教育干预。

Objective To understand the cognition,attitude and influencing factors of AIDS among students in an art college,and to provide evidence for AIDS health education.Methods Art college students were selected randomly,by using the network（http：//www.sojump.com/）and AIDS related KAP questionnaire was designed to collect the information through QQ,Wechat and mobile phone.Results The awareness rate of AIDS core knowledge was 80.19%.41.9% of college students expressed concern about HIV infection;86.41%lacked confidence in their AIDS related knowledge and 82.49% acquired AIDS knowledge through network.23.25% had sexual behaviors.Among them,the condom use rate of their first sex was 63.37% and that of the last sex was 72.84%.45.74% college students were not tolerant for their friends infected with HIV,and 48.42% were unwilling to learn together with HIV infected.60.86% were concerned about their close friend infected with HIV,and 83.64%could not accept their roommates infected with HIV（χ2 trend=690.57,P〈0.01）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that girls had higher discrimination against AIDS than boys（OR=1.76,95%CI：1.33-2.33）,and those who thought themselves to have more AIDS knowledge（OR=0.55,95%CI：0.40-0.77）and had higher awareness of AIDS knowledge（OR=0.41,95%CI：0.31-0.55）had lower discrimination.Conclusion College students have various degrees of discrimination against AIDS patients in the art college and we should strengthen AIDS related health education and intervention.
