淋球菌疫苗相关抗原研究的最新进展 被引量:1

Latest progress on the antigens of Neisseria gonorrhoeae vaccine

摘要 世界范围内出现了淋病奈瑟菌对一线治疗抗菌药物低敏或耐药的情况,同时淋病患病率呈逐年上升的趋势,这些都促使研究人员越来越重视淋球菌疫苗的研发。目前尚未成功研制出能有效防治淋病的疫苗,但最新的研究首次发现一种针对脑膜炎奈瑟菌外膜囊泡的疫苗能大幅降低淋病的发病率。菌毛蛋白、转铁蛋白、脂寡糖、奈瑟菌表面蛋白A和外膜囊泡,是目前淋球菌疫苗制备研究的热点。综述将介绍该领域的研究进展。 Neisseria gonorrhoeae has emerged as being low-sensitive and resistant to its first-line drugs worldwide,together with increasing prevalence of gonorrhea.All of them have promoted researchers to value vaccine development.Although there has been no vaccine developed against gonorrhoeae,a new research reports that the OMVs vaccine aimed at Neisseria meningitides could substantially reduce the risk of gonorrhea for the first time.Pilin,Tbp,LOS,NspA and OMVs are hot antigen epitopes to develop gonorrhoeae vaccine.This review will introduce the progress of this field.
