浅析白纸的荧光亮度对底灰检测结果的影响

The Analysis of the Fluorescence Intensity Effect on the Result of the Background Darkness Detection

本文对使用不同品牌的白纸打印的底灰检测样张在不同的仪器下进行检测,分析了不同品牌的白度测量仪测量数据不一致的原因,以及分析了色密度计与白度仪的底灰检测结果之间的联系。结果发现,根据JJG(轻工)48-2000《反射光度计》的要求计量的白度仪的白度检测结果最精确,同时也发现当白纸中的荧光亮度越小时,在不同白度仪下的底灰检测结果也较为一致。

In this paper, the different brands of paper are used in the background darkness detection on the different testing instrument, and the reason of the different results on the different whiteness meter during the background darkness detection and the relation of the results from whiteness meter and color densitometer is presented. It was found that the whiteness detection results of the whiteness meter measured according to the requirements of JJG（light industry） 48-2000 reflection photometer were the most accurate. Meanwhile, it was also found that when the fluorescence brightness in the white paper was lower, the background darkness detection results on the different whiteness meters were also relatively consistent.
