为贯彻落实部队院校教育"围绕实战搞教学、着眼打赢育人才"的需求,有效解决舰艇新装备培训阶段"舰船制冷空调"课程受训时间短、施训内容多和能力要求高的突出矛盾。在研读执掌制冷空调操作岗位训练内容的基础上,为提升教学效果,紧紧抓住舰船制冷空调的功能原理、系统组成、使用操作和故障排除这条主线,采用逆向思维,倒逼教学过程,积极探索专业课程实战化教学改革。以学促训、以练促战,真正落实院校"舰船制冷空调"课程实战化教学接轨海军舰艇部队岗位实战化训练。

In order to carry out the demand of the education of military academies ＂teaching around actual war and training talents for winning war＂, and effectively solve the outstanding contradiction of the ＂short training time, much training content and high ability requirement＂ in the training stage of the ship＇s new equipment, on the basis of studying the training content of the operation of the refrigeration and air conditioning system in the navy military training program, in this paper the main line of ＂function principle, system composition, operation and troubleshooting＂ of the ship＇s refrigeration and air conditioning is firmly grasped. In order to improve the teaching effect, the reverse thinking was adopted and the teaching process was forced to actively explore the reform of practical teaching in the professional course. It is important to learn and promote training effect, and to practice and promote fighting ability for truly implementing the college ＂ ship refrigeration and air-conditioning＂ course actual combat teaching to meet the actual combat training of naval ships.
