论多样化教学方法在教学中的应用——以“军人思想道德修养与法律基础”课为例

On application of diversified teaching methods in law teaching of "ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis of military personnel" course

"军人思想道德修养与法律基础"是军校学员的公共必修课,而法律教育是该课程的重要内容。传统的理论教学与案例教学存在单向灌输、与实践脱轨等弊端,已不能适应当前军校政治理论课教学的实际情况。应坚持以学员为主体,注意教学内容的现实性、前瞻性和开放性,引入模拟法庭、模拟记者招待会、情景式教学等方式,以增强法学教育的实效性。

The ＂ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis of military personnel＂ course is the first lesson in the military career of students. The legal education is an important part of the course. There exist many drawbacks in the traditional theory teaching and case teaching, such as one-way infusion and out of line with practice. It has been unable to adapt to the actual situation of the current military theory course. Due attention should be paid to the reality, prospective and openness of teaching content. Simulated court teaching, simulation conference teaching, situational teaching and other teaching methods should be introduced to enhance the effectiveness of legal education.
