由借贷平台引发的大学生网络诈骗案例分析

Case Analysis and Response of College Students' Internet Fraud Caused by Lending Platform

互联网技术在为人们的生活、学习、工作提供便利的同时,也滋生了网络诈骗。在校大学生常常成为犯罪分子诈骗的对象。本文对学生由借贷平台引发的网络诈骗案例进行分析,得出大学生网络受骗的主要原因为:大学生对个人信息和隐私的保护意识淡薄,对真假信息的辨识能力不强,遇事冲动、情绪化。提出了妥善处理并解决网络诈骗案件的具体方法,并从培养学生树立正确的信息安全意识、增强学生对诈骗信息的辨识能力、加强对大学生的心理引导等三方面进行深入探讨,指出了当代大学生应对网络"钓鱼"的策略,为网络诈骗案的应对提供参考。

The rapid development of Internet technology lives, learning, and work. College students are often the has also fostered internet fraud while facilitating people＇s target of criminal fraud because of their ignorance. This paper analyzes the cases of internet fraud caused by the lending platform, and concludes that the main reason for college students to be deceived is that college students have a weak awareness of personal information and privacy protection, and their ability to identify true and false information is not strong, impulsive and emotional When something happens. This paper puts forward specific methods for properly handling and solving cyber fraud cases, and conducts indepth discussion on cultivating students＇ correct information security awareness, enhancing students＇ ability to identify fraud information, and strengthening psychological guidance for college students. Coping with the strategy of ＂fishing＂ on the network provides a reference for the response of online fraud cases.
