颈椎病引起的高血压越来越多,占高血压的25%以上,且普遍存在误诊漏诊,忽视了颈椎病这个重要原因,单纯使用降压药物不仅疗效差,甚则加重患者病情。导师通过研究颈椎解剖结构以及颈部生理病理,他认为颈椎病实为"肌病在先,继发骨病",因此特提出"颈肌椎病"一说,颈源性高血压不是真正的高血压,仅仅是颈椎病所表现出来的临床症状之一。导师通过"耳穴颈椎区压痛""昼轻夜重"等指征早期筛选,根据颈椎DR五位片以及颈椎MRI片来最终确诊,并结合自己的治疗经验提出了一套符合颈源性高血压的诊断依据。李军教授自创"托腮抬头法"与"特制颈椎枕"同时配合天葛二陈桃红四物汤加减及"黑木耳粉"冲服等一系列治疗方法,临床每每起效。
