探讨朱方石教授辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验。通过跟师抄方,从中体会其辨证论治及选方用药方面的思路及经验。朱方石教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎中医辨治因气、血、阴、阳各有所主,寒湿燥火瘀各有感化,标本虚实各有所现,故而辨证用药较为复杂。导师认为,慢性萎缩性胃炎的发病基于脾胃虚弱,脾以气虚为主,当健脾益气,方选香砂六君子汤加减,胃以阴虚为主,当滋阴润燥,方选益胃汤加减;而病程常见土虚木乘,当疏肝解郁,方选柴胡疏肝汤加减;且血瘀阻络贯穿病理过程之中,并影响着萎缩的进展、肠化和异型增生,活血通络化瘀则能控制萎缩进程,方选仁术健胃汤加减。体现其诊疗理念对改善患者病情效果显著,为临床治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎提供方法和思路。
