经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:13

摘要 一、历史和发展随着经济的发展,人口老龄化在全球已日趋严重。骨质疏松症对老年人的生活质量会产生不同程度的影响。目前,高龄人群的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折已是脊柱外科领域最常见的疾病之一。有文献报道,美国80~85岁的人群发生骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的概率超过40%[1]。由于老年人合并症较多,以往对其骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折多采取保守治疗,但临床疗效并不理想。
