Research on the Development of Strategic Emerging Industries in Chongqing under the Background of Supply-side Structural Reform

战略性新兴产业是现代产业体系的重要组成部分，是促进经济高质量发展的重要力量。在供给侧结构性改革背景下，重庆市战略性新兴产业发展还存在产业总量不大、技术水平不高、创新能力不足、产业集中度低等问题。应通过加强规划引领、构建现代产业体系、提升自主创新能力、培育壮大产业集群等途径促进重庆市战略性新兴产业进一步发展提升。

Strategic emerging industries are important part of modern industrial system, and also important force promoting the high quality development of Chongqing economy. Under the background of supply side structural reform,there are still some problems in the development of strategic emerging industries in Chongqing ,such as small scale of industry ,low level of technology ,insufficient abil- ity of innovation,low degree of industrial concentration and so on. We should promote the cluster and high end development of Chongqing strategic emerging industries by strengthening planning guidance, constructing modern industrial system,enhancing independent innovation ability,cultivating and strengthening strategic emerging industrial clusters.
