民族地区高校大学生民族团结进步教育现状及对策考量——以青海省为例

Consideration of the Status and Countermeasures of National Unity and Progress Education of University Students in Ethnic Areas——Take Qinghai Province as an Example

民族团结是我国实现“两个百年”奋斗目标及中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的基本保障。青海省是一个典型的多民族聚居、多宗教共存的地区，民族关系也是青海省面，临的敏感且复杂的问题。高校作为意识形态的主要阵地，在人才培养的过程中必须高度重视民族团结进步教育工作。新时代，民族地区高校大学生民族团结进步教育也存在一系列问题。本文从改革创新思想政治理论课、建设专业教师队伍、加强与知名高校的交流学习等方面提出增强民族地区高校大学生民族团结进步教育的对策。

National unity is the basic guarantee for China to achieve the goal of ＂two centenary goals＂ and the Chinese dream of great national rejuvenation. Qinghai Province is a typical multi ethnic settlement,a multi religious ethnic area, and ethnic relations are sensitive and complex issues facing Qinghai Province. As the main position of ideology ,colleges and universities must attach great importance to the work of national unity and progress education in the process of talent cultivation. In the new era ,there are a series of problems in the education of national unity and progress in colleges and universities in ethnic areas. This paper attempts to consider measures to enhance national unity and progress education from the perspectives of reforming and innovating ideological and political theory courses,building professional teachers ,strengthening communication and learning with famous universities and other aspects.
