摘要
根据零件用镁合金的要求,研究了元素锡对含钙镁铝锌硅合金性能的影响。实验镁合金的成分为Sn0.5%~5.5%,并含一定量的铝、硅、锌、钙和铅。拉伸强度测试表明,合适的钙和锡含量可使含镁合金的抗拉强度达到220 MPa,伸长率可以达到12%。锡对Mg-Al-Zn-Si合金系力学性能的改善有较大的促进作用,可以满足使用零件的要求。
According to the requirements of magnesium alloy for parts, the effect of elemental tin on the properties of magnesium aluminum zinc silicon alloy is studied. The experimental magnesium alloy has a Sn of 0.5%~5.5% and contains a certain amount of aluminum, silicon, zinc calcium and lead. The tensile strength test shows that the suitable calcium and tin content can make the magnesium alloy have a tensile strength of 220 MPa and an elongation of 12%. Tin has a great effect on the improvement of the mechanical properties of the Mg-Al-Zn-Si alloy system, and can meet the requirements for practical parts.
