摘要
为了解决锥壳水塔水箱壳体因钢筋保护层失效导致水箱壳体钢筋锈蚀严重,水箱壳体漏水的问题,运用无弯矩理论(薄膜理论)和边缘干扰有弯矩理论以及Sap2000有限元程序分析的方法,探讨了倒锥壳水塔水箱壳体的受力性能和开裂原因。研究表明水箱壳体的最大拉应力出现在壳体中下部,这与实际水箱开裂漏水的位置基本一致。
To solve the leaking problem caused by failure of reinforced protective layer of shell water tank, no bending moment theory (membrane theory) and edge interference with bending moment theory and the finite element program of Sap2000 analysis method are used to study the mechanical performance of the inverted conical shell water tank shell, causes of cracking. The result shows that the maximum tensile stress of tank shell in the shell part, which is basically consistent with the actual location of cracking and leakage of water tank.
