摘要
板底脱空作为冲断发生的重要因素,研究荷载在其状态下的力学响应对弄清冲断的发生具有重要意义。基于ABAQUS有限元软件,假定脱空区域与深度,建立了脱空状态下的三维有限元模型,对2种荷位、不同脱空尺寸下CRCP板的荷载应力分析。结果表明:2种荷位下CRCP板的拉应力、剪应力的增长幅度随脱空尺寸的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,挠度的增长幅度则随脱空尺寸的增加持续增大;荷载作用于板角荷载作用于板角处,为CRCP板体最大(最不利)受力位置。
Base erosion is an important factor of the punch-out, the study of the mechanical response of the load is great significance to the analysis of the punch-out. Based on the ABAQUS software, assuming that the area and depth are removed, a three-dimensional finite element model in base erosion is established to analyze the load stress of CRCP under different sizes under two kinds of charge levels. The results show that the increase of tensile stress and shear stress increases first and then decreases with the increase of void size, and the increase of deflection increases with the increase of void size under both loadings. The load acting on the plate angle is the most unfavorable position.
