摘要
本研究旨在了解四川省若尔盖县牦牛轮状病毒(BRV)和冠状病毒(BCoV)的感染情况。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对276份牦牛血清BRV、BCoV抗体进行检测,结果显示:BRV阳性率为99.2%,BCoV阳性率为97.82%,混合感染率为97.1%。表明若尔盖县牦牛的BRV和BCoV感染非常普遍,未来应加强防控。
The aim of this study was to understand the infection status of yak rotavirus（BRV）andcoronavirus （BCoV）in Zoige County,Sichuan Province. 276 yak serum BRV and BCoV antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） . The results showed that the positive rates of BRVand BCoV were 99.2% and 97.82% respectively,and the mixed infection rate was 97.1%. It indicated thatthe BRV and BCoV infections of the yak in Zoige County were very popular,prevention and control shouldbe strengthened in the future.
