老年急性心肌梗死患者心脏康复训练与舒适护理

Effect of cardiac rehabilitation training combined with comfort care in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨心脏康复训练配合舒适护理对老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者生活质量的影响。方法选择本院接诊的老年AMI患者78例,随机分为2组,各39例,对照组采取常规护理方法,干预组采取心脏康复训练配合舒适护理,统计2组患者的绝对卧床时间、住院时间、日常活动能力恢复情况和生活质量情况。结果干预组患者绝对卧床时间短于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),干预组日常活动能力恢复情况好于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者干预3个月后生活质量评分好于干预前,且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复训练配合舒适护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者恢复日常活动能力有效果,缩短绝对卧床时间、住院时间,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation training and comfort nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. Methods A total of of 78 elderly patients with AMI were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, while the intervention group conducted cardiac rehabilitation training and comfort nursing. Absolute bedridden time, hospitalized time, recovery condition of daily activity ability, and quality of life of two groups were evaluated. Results The intervention group had significantly shorter absolute bedridden time （ P 〈0.05）, less average hospitalization time, and better recovery condition of daily activity ability than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After 3-month intervention, the quality of life score in two groups were better than intervention before, and the intervention group was better than the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation training with comfortable nursing for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction can shorten absolute bedridden time and length of hospital stay, and improve patients′quality of life.
