老年精神分裂症伴高血压患者的Orem自护模式

Application of Orem self-care model in senile schizophrenia with hypertension patients

目的探讨Orem自护模式在老年精神分裂症伴高血压患者中的应用效果。方法将68例老年精神分裂症伴高血压患者按住院号单双号随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组给予精神科常规护理和药物治疗,观察组在此基础上融入Orem自护模式。于干预前及干预8周后,比较Barthel指数量表评定数值及血压数值。结果干预8周后,观察组Barthel评分数值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论融入Orem自护模式的干预措施对提高老年精神分裂症伴高血压患者的自理行为及控制血压均有积极意义。

Objective To explore effect of Orem self-care model in senile schizophrenia patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 68 senile schizophrenia with hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given psychiatric routine nursing and medical treatment,while those in the observation group additionally applied Orem self-care model.Barthel values and blood pressure were compared before intervention and after eight-week intervention.Results After 8-week intervention,the Barthel score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Orem self-care model play a positive role in improving self-care behavior and controlling blood pressure for senile schizophrenia patients with hypertension.
