基于信息-动机-行为技巧的护理管理在神经内科的运作试点 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)的护理管理措施在神经内科试点运作中的应用效果。方法选取39例神经内科护理人员作为研究对象,2017年3—8月采用常规护理管理措施(实施前),2017年9月—2018年2月采用IMB护理管理措施(实施后),比较实施前后的护理人员核心能力、护理管理质量、和谐人际管理与组织认同、团队凝聚力与护理满意度。结果实施后,护理人员的核心能力评分显著低于实施前(P<0.05),护理管理质量显著高于实施前(P<0.05),和谐人际管理、组织认同及团队凝聚力评分显著高于实施前(P<0.05),护理总满意率92.31%显著高于实施前76.92%(P<0.05)。结论 IMB护理管理措施应用在神经内科试点运作中效果显著,可显著提高护理人员核心能力,改善管理质量,增强组织认同感及团队凝聚力。 Objective To study effect of information-motivation-behavior(IMB) nursing management in neurology department.Methods A total of 39 nursing staff were selected as research objects,and nursing staff from March to August 2017 before implementation received traditional management model while those from September 2017 to February 2018 after implementation were given IMB nursing management measures.Core competence of nursing staff,nursing management quality and harmonious interpersonal management and organizational identity,team cohesion and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Nursing staff core ability score was lower and nursing management quality score after implementation was significantly higher than implementation before(P〈0.05).Harmonious interpersonal management,organizational identity and team cohesion score of after implementation were significantly higher than implementation before(P〈0.05).Total satisfaction after implementation was significantly higher than implementation before(92.31% vs.76.92%,P〈0.05).Conclusion IMB nursing management measures has significant effect in pilot operation of neurology department,which could significantly improve the core competence of nursing staff,enhance management quality,organizational identity and team cohesion.
