糖尿病足患者的综合护理干预

Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetic foot

目的探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病足患者的影响。方法选取84例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组采用临床常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。对比2组患者护理满意度与足部症状改善情况,并比较2组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、自我管理能力情况。结果观察组患者护理满意度为95.24%(40/42),显著高于对照组的76.19%(32/42)(P<0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(35.21±4.02)、(33.51±5.14)分,显著低于对照组的(43.57±5.12)、(42.97±5.62)分(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者健康锻炼、药物质量、血糖检测及饮食控制等生活自理能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者足部症状改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足患者实施综合护理干预,可有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量,并改善患者心理状态。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetic foot.Methods Eighty-four patients with diabetic foot who were admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group（n=42） and observation group（n=42）,given clinical routine care,and comprehensive care intervention,respectively.The nursing satisfaction and the improvement of foot symptoms were compared between the two groups.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） scores and self-management capacity before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [95.24%（40/42） vs.76.19%（32/42）,P〈0.05].After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were（35.21 ± 4.02） and（33.51 ± 5.14） points,respectively,which were lower than（43.57 ± 5.12） points and（42.97 ± 5.62） points,respectively,in the control group（P〈0.05）.After nursing,health exercise,drug quality,blood glucose test and diet control scores were all significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the improvement of foot symptoms in the observation group was also significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for diabetic foot patients can effectively improve patient＇s clinical symptoms,promote self-management ability,and can effectively improve the patient＇s psychological state.
