慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者的优质护理干预

Quality nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis complicated with peptic ulcer

目的探讨对慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者实施优质护理服务的临床效果。方法选取慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者94例按照入院先后顺序分为对照组(2014年9月—2016年2月)和观察组(2016年3月—2018年3月),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较2组的临床治疗情况、护理质量。结果观察组患者总治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理服务总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠情感、躯体活力、社会活力、身体精力4个维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃炎合并消化溃疡患者的治疗过程中实施优质护理服务,可有效提高消化内科护理服务质量,促进临床治疗的顺利开展,对于改善患者预后及提高生活质量具有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality nursing service for patients with chronic gastritis complicated with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer treated in our hospital were divided into control group（September 2014 to February 2016） and observation group（March 2016 to March 2018） according to the order of admission.Patients in the control group underwent routine care and those in the observation group performed quality care.The clinical treatment and quality of care of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate and total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group had higher dimensional scores in sleep emotion,physical activity,social vitality,physical energy than the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of highquality nursing services in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients with peptic ulcer can effectively improve the quality of care services,ensure the smooth implementation of clinical treatment,and have a positive effect on improving the prognosis and their quality of life.
