全院软式内镜同质化集中清洗消毒管理探讨

Effect of centralized cleaning and disinfection management of soft endoscope homogenization in the whole hospital

目的将全院软式内镜集中至内镜诊治中心统一清洗消毒,探讨同质化管理的应用效果。方法建立健全制度流程,全院集中培训,将7个科室的17条软式内镜在内镜诊治中心进行规范测漏-清洗-漂洗-消毒-终末漂洗-干燥,内镜使用科室则做好预处理、转运、交接和储存工作,比较同质化清洗消毒管理前后6个月清洗消毒合格率、清洗消毒操作规范率、投入成本等指标的变化情况。结果同质化清洗消毒管理后,清洗消毒合格率由93.7%上升至100%,内镜清洗消毒操作规范率由78.4%上升至93.9%,人力及设备投入成本大幅降低。结论软式内镜集中清洗消毒同质化管理对于提升内镜清洗消毒质量作用显著,且还可提升质量控制的精细化水平。

Objective To explore the effect of homogenization management by disinfection of soft endoscope in the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment center.Methods After establishing and perfecting the process of system and concentrated training,17 soft endoscope of seven departments were disinfected in the center of the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment to clean,rinse,disinfect,final rinse,and dry,while the endoscopic application department need to do pretreat,transfer,handover and storage.Cleaning and disinfection operation specification rate,changes of the indices such as input costs.Changes qualification rates of cleaning and disinfection,standardization of cleaning and disinfection operation,and the cost of input before and after 6 months were compared.Results After homogenization management,the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection increased from 93.7% to100%,and the operation standardization of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection increased from 78.4% to 93.9%,and the manpower and equipment input were decreased.Conclusion Homogenization management of soft endoscopy plays an important role in improving the quality of endoscopic disinfection,and enhancing the refined level of quality control.
