子宫肌瘤切除术患者围术期舒适护理

Comfortable nursing in perioperative patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy

目的探讨对子宫肌瘤切除术患者采取舒适护理的临床价值。方法选取拟行子宫肌瘤切除术患者45例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组22例采取围术期常规护理,观察组23例在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理,比较2组患者护理效果。结果护理前2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后2组评分均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在体位、术后疼痛、心理等方面的舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤切除术患者围术期给予舒适护理,可改善其负性情绪、提高身心舒适度,有效减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore clinical value of comfortable nursing for patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy.Methods A total of 45 patients who underwent hysteromyomectomy in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and the observation group.The control group with 22 cases was given routine nursing,and the observation group,with 23 patients was given comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） in the two groups showed no significant differences（P〉0.05）.After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The comfort degree in postures,postoperative pain and psychology of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The perioperative comfort nursing for patients with hysteromyomectomy can not only significantly improve the negative emotions,enhance physical and mental comfort,but also effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
