剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗与护理

Treatment and nursing of uterine artery embolization in cesarean scar pregnancy

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗联合综合护理干预对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的疗效。方法选取103例采用子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗的瘢痕子宫切口妊娠(CSP)患者分为对照组(实施常规护理干预)与实验组(实施综合护理干预),观察并对比2组疗效。结果 2组均取得良好的临床疗效,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组异常阴道流血、间断腹痛、右下肢活动及感觉不良、复发的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组恶心与呕吐的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者实施子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗和综合护理,不仅能取得良好的临床疗效,还能有效降低异常阴道流血、间断腹痛、右下肢活动及感觉不良、复发的发生率。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of uterine artery embolization combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods A total of103 cases with cesarean scar pregnancy（CSP） who underwent uterine artery embolization to our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group,given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing,respectively.Then the curative effect were observed.Results Both groups had a good clinical efficacy,with no significant difference observed（P〉0.05）.The experimental group had lower abnormal vaginal bleeding,intermittent abdominal pain,poor activity and sensation of right lower limb and incidence of recurrence than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,no difference was found in the incidence of the nausea and vomiting（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The uterine artery embolization combined with comprehensive nursing is an effective way to reduce the incidence rate of abnormal vaginal bleeding,intermittent abdominal pain,poor activity and sensation of right lower limb,and reduce its recurrence for CSP patients.
