20例Bakri球囊宫腔填塞治疗产后出血的护理

Nursing experience of Bakri balloon uterine cavity filling in the treatment of 20 cases with postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨子宫腔填塞Bakri球囊治疗产后出血的护理体会。方法选择本院2014—2017年收治的20例使用Bakri球囊止血的产后出血患者作为研究对象,实施置入前心理护理、置入后出血量观察、球囊引流管和留置尿管的护理以及球囊拔出后的观察与出院指导。结果本组20例产后出血患者均成功止血,保留子宫,均未发生相关并发症。结论子宫球囊填塞方法能迅速控制产后出血,操作简便,见效快,而放置球囊前后实施精心护理是达到Bakri球囊治疗效果的有力保证。

Objective To evaluate nursing experience of Bakri balloon uterine cavity filling in the treatment of 20 cases with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 20 patients with postpartum hemorrhage who used Bakri balloon uterine cavity filling for hemostasis in our hospital were selected from 2014 to 2017.The psychological nursing before insertion was implemented,the blood loss after insertion was observed,and the nursing of balloon drainage tube and indwelling catheter was given to these patients,and the condition after extubation was observed and the discharge guidance were carried out.Results All the 20 patients successfully carried out hemostasis and retained the uterus.None of them developed complications.Conclusion Application of Bakri balloon can fast control postpartum hemorrhage,with simple operation and rapid efficacy.Refined care before and after insertion is a powerful guarantee for the Bakri balloon treatment.
