A Textual Research of a Telegram Conveying the Spirit of the Wayaobu Conference

中共中央文献研究室、中央档案馆编的《建党以来重要文献选编(一九二一——一九四九)》第12册,收录了《中共中央政治局关于目前形势和党的策略路线决议案内容摘要给任弼时的电报》,标注日期为1935年12月27日。根据《中国工农红军第四方面军战史资料选编(长征时期)》《中国工农红军第二方面军战史资料选编》,以及《建党以来重要文献选编(一九二一——一九四九)》第13册等文献资料综合分析,该电报的发出时间应为1936年1月27日。由于该电报经过了张国焘修改与补充,整理出版时应于此处加以注明,以免与中共中央政治局原电相混淆。

The 12 thvolume of Selection of Important Documents Since the Founding of the Party（1921-1949）,compiled by the literature research office and central archives of the CPC Central Committee,has collected Telegraph to Ren Bishi on the Summary of the Resolutions of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on the Current Situation and the Party＇s Strategic Route. Its annotation date was December 27,1935. According to the comprehensive analysis of the Selected Materials of the War History of the Fourth Front Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants＇ Red Army（Long March Period）,the Selected Materials of the War History of the Second Front Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants＇ Red Army,and the 13 thvolume of Selection of Important Documents Since the Founding of the Party（1921-1949）,the generation time of the telegram should be January 27,1936.Since the telegram has been revised and supplemented by Zhang Guotao,it should be noted here when publishing so as not to be confused with the original telegram of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
