摘要
功率晶闸管的诸多电气参数以及使用寿命都和其运行温度相关。研究功率晶闸管结温对提高其性能和可靠性,具有重要的实际意义。研究了功率晶闸管通态压降和结温之间的关系,并设计试验测得待测功率晶闸管的热敏曲线。在实际应用中,通过该曲线可将功率晶闸管的运行结温由相对容易测量的通态电压来表征,进而为运行中功率晶闸管的状态监测提供重要依据。
Many electrical parameters and lifetime of thyristor are related to its junction temperature. Research on junction temperature of thyristor will help a lot in its capability and reliability. The relationship between on - state voltage and junction temperature is studied. And some experiments are carried out to obtain the thermal - sensitive curve. According to this curve, the junction temperature can be measured with its on - state voltage. In addition, the proposed method will help to evaluate the condition of thyristor.
