摘要 文章从茶园茶树品种,生长环境、栽培管理和鲜叶采摘等4项因子解析如何生产出优质的奉化曲毫茶;从杀青、揉捻、初烘及炒制等10道工序研究奉化曲毫茶加工工艺,尤其是烘炒结合的加工技术造就奉化曲毫以"色绿、香高、味醇、形美"独特而优异的品质特征。 In this paper, the ways to produce Fenghua Curled Tea of high quality were analyzed front four aspects, including tea varieties, growth environment, euhivation management and fresh tea leaves picking. The processing technology of Fenghua Curled Tea was studied from ten procedures such as fixation, rolling, baking, and frying. In particular, the processing technology combined with baking and frying created the unique and excellent quality features of Fenghua Curled Tea, namely "green color, high fragranee, good taste and beautiful appearance".
