浅谈日铸茶的历史传承与发展

摘要 日铸茶作为历史名茶,发乎唐而闻于宋、盛于明清,随着时间推移,其制作工艺被不断的革新,并相继衍生出了兰雪茶、平水珠茶等产品;今日的平水日铸茶,在传承历史的基础上,对工艺进行了改革创新,形成了"花蕾形、栗香郁"的独特品质特征和"六统一"的品牌管理模式,推动了历史名茶的保护与发展。 Rizhu Tea is a historical famous tea which was originated in the Tang Dynasty, known in the Song Dynasty, and prevailed in the Ming and Qing Dynasty. With time going by, the tea process technology has been constantly innovating, and many derivatives were developed, such as Lanxue Tea and Gunpowder Tea. Nowadays, the process of Pingshui Rizhu Tea is reformed and innovated on the basis of its inheriting history, forming a unique quality feature of "flower bud shape, chestnut fragrance". The brand management model named "Six unifications" was set up as well. All these initiatives have promoted the protection and development of this historical tea.
