摘要
为实现电厂温排水模型试验过程中温度场的实时监测,研制开发出一套多通道温度采集系统。系统主要由采集传感器、数据采集模块以及数据存储显示软件组成。系统结构简单、造价低廉,操作方便且可根据现场测温需求,任意改变测点分布。电厂温排水模型试验结果表明,温度测量精确可靠,满足试验使用要求。系统可实时观测模型水域表层及水下不同水层温度,为温排水物理模型试验研究优化工程设计、环境影响评价提供良好的技术支撑。
In order to realize real-time monitoring of temperature during the model test in warm-water discharge of power plant,a multi-channel temperature collection system is developed. The system is mainly composed of acquisition sensor,data acquisition module and data storage and display software. The system has advantages of simple structure,low cost,convenient manipulating,and it can change the gauging points arbitrarily according to the demanding of temperature measurement on the spot. Result from test made in the thermal effluent from power plant shows that the system is accurate and reliable to meet the test requirements. The system can observe the surface and underwater temperature of the model waters in a real-time. It also can provide good technical support for the physical model test of thermal drainage in optimization of engineering design and environmental impact assessment.
