新机研制质量控制方法探究

Research on Quality Control Method of New Machine Development

对新机研制主要特性进行阐述,从优化质量管理理念、完善新机研制质量管理体系、加强设计质量控制、做好验证试验工作四个方面入手,对新机研制质量控制方法进行解析,并以此为依据,提出QFD技术在新机研制质量控制中的应用对策。

This paper expounds the main characteristics of the new machine development, analyzes the quality control methods of the new machine development from four aspects： optimizing the quality management concept, perfecting the quality management system of the new machine development, strengthening the design quality control, and doing a good job in the verifying and testing. On this basis, it puts forward the application countermeasures of QFD technology in the quality control of new machine development.
