摘要
互助式自驾游是一种群体旅游行为,属于分享经济之一。它不同于旅行社的团队游的主要方面是游客与游客之间有利益关系。目前关于群体旅游中游客与游客关系的研究比较少,通过网络志调查方法以及自我民族志调查方法,归纳总结互助式自驾游这种群体旅游形式存在缺少专业旅游人才、陌生游客之间存在信任障碍、熟人之间事事顾忌等不足,在此基础上提出陌生人之间自我印象管理、建立信任合作关系,熟人之间求同存异、把熟人关系发展为朋友关系,通过引入旅游公司、介入互联网+导游等模式的针对性建议。
The mutual driving tour is a kind of group tourism behavior and belongs to the sharing economy. It is different from the travel agency team, which is the interest relationship between tourists and tourists. At present, there are few studies on the relationship between tourists and tourists in group tourism. Through the survey method of Netnography and Auto-eth- nography, summarize the mutual self-driving tour - the existence of this form of group tourism is lack of professional tourism talents, and have trust barriers between strangers, things between acquaintances and other shortcomings. Based on these, put forward that strangers need self impression management and trust and cooperation; acquaintances seek common ground while reserving differences, and develop acquaintance relationship into friendship, and the targeted suggestions through leading in the introduction of tourism companies, Internet + tourist guides and so on.
