摘要 在后4%时代下,通过各省的财政性教育经费、地区生产总值以及两者之间比值等数据分析可知,当前我国区域公共教育投入差异化较大。结合实际分析当前我国区域公共教育投入差异化较大的原因为经济发展水平的影响、问责机制的不完善以及财政性教育经费总量投入有限。基于此,提出关于缩小我国区域公共教育投入差异化的切实可行的建议:重点关注经济欠发达地区、完善财政性教育经费投入的问责机制、增加财政性教育经费投入总量。 In the post 4% era, through the analysis of the financial education funds, the Gross Regional Product and the ratio between the two provinces, we can see that the current regional public education input varies greatly in our country. According to the actual analysis, the reasons for the large difference in the current regional public education input in China are the influence of the economic development level, the imperfect accountability mechanism and the investment of the total amount of financial education funds. We put forward some practical suggestions on reducing the difference in the investment of regional public education in China, that is, paying more attention to the underdeveloped areas of the economy, improving the accountability mechanism of financial education funds to increase the total amount of investment in financial education funds.
