独立学院新生心理健康现状及对策研究——以福建师范大学协和学院2017级学生为例

Study for Current Situation and Solution of Psychological Health in Independent College——Illustrated by the Example of Students from Concord University

为了更好地了解大学新生入学后的心理健康水平,进而了解新生的适应问题,采用SCL-90量表对福建师范大学协和学院2017级学生进行心理健康状况调查,探讨独立学院新生心理健康现状。结合笔者在独立学院从事心理健康教育工作的经验和体会,分析独立学院新生心理健康方面存在的问题,并针对发现的问题提出对策与工作建议。

In order to have a better understanding of psychological health level for college freshman and further learning about the adaptation problem, SCL-90 scale is adopted to make a investigation of psychological health condition of students from Concord University College Fujian Normal University, Grade 2017 and the current situation of psychological health condition of freshmen from independent college will be further discussed. Aiming to analyze the existing problems in psychological health of freshmen in independent college, combine the experience of psychological health education work in independent college and then propose the solution and working suggestion to these problems.
