为进一步适应新媒体时代的要求,当好学生的人生导师和知心朋友,高校辅导员媒介素养提升势在必行。从厘清新媒体、媒介素养等概念入手,对新媒体时代下高校辅导员的工作新内容、新挑战进行分析和解读,对高校辅导员媒介素养现状进行梳理,提出新媒体时代高校辅导员要从提升媒介意识、加强媒介信息能力等多方面着力,高校和社会要进行积极支持和保障,以此共同提升高校辅导员的媒介素养。
