摘要
选取实验组和对照组共68名大一新生,以症状自评量表作为衡量大学新生适应水平的工具,通过实证研究发现,经过为期四周的焦点解决取向的团体辅导的实验组的学生大学适应水平显著提高,而没有特殊干预的对照组的学生大学适应水平无明显变化。
A total of 68 freshmen were selected from the experimental group and the control group, and the symptom checklist was used as a tool to measure the freshman s adaptation level. Through the study, it was found that the adaptation level of the experimental group after four weeks solution focused group counseling was significantly improved, while the adaptation level without special intervention has no significant change.
