医疗机构护理人员针刺伤知信行现状及影响因素研究

Study on present situation of knowledge,attitude and practice of needle stick injuries and its influencing factors for nursing staff in medical institutions

目的了解医疗机构护理人员预防针刺伤知、信、行水平现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利整群抽样方法,对浙江省23所医疗机构的2 714名护理人员进行预防针刺伤知信行问卷调查。结果 2 714名调查对象中,有2 321名(85.52%)护士发生过针刺伤;针刺伤预防知识(17.34±2.11)分,预防态度(50.69±4.89)分,预防行为(45.94±5.74)分。针刺伤预防知识、态度与针刺伤预防行为存在显著相关。多元线性回归显示,针刺伤预防行为的主要影响因素是针刺伤预防知识、针刺伤预防态度、职称、工作科室、有无针刺伤经历、有无接受预防针刺伤教育、医院等级、医院性质。结论医疗机构护理人员针刺伤预防知识、态度、行为现状不尽如人意,针刺伤预防行为受到多种因素影响,针刺伤防护行为与知识、态度存在一定的因果关系。

Objective To study the present situation on knowledge, attitude and practice （NAP） of needle stick injury prevention for nursing staff in medical institutions and analyze its influencing factors. Method Choose 2 714 nursing staff from 23 medical institutions in Zhejiang Province by convenient cluster sampling and investigate them by questionnaire on KAP of needle stick injury prevention. Result There are 2 321 cases （85.52±00） of needle stick injury among 2 714 nurses. Score on needle stick injury prevention knowledge is （17.34±2. ll）. Score on prevention attitude is （50. 69±4. 89）. Score on prevention behavior is （45.94± 5.74）. There is correlation between needle stick injury prevention knowledge, prevention attitude and prevention behavior. Multiple linear regression show that needle stick injury prevention knowledge, prevention attitude, professional title, department of word, needle stick injury experience, needle stick injury prevention education, hospital rank and hospital characteristics are main influencing factors of needle stick injury prevention behavior. Conclusion Present situation of needle stick injury prevention knowledge, attitude and behavior of nursing staff in medical institutions are not satisfying. Their prevention behavior are influenced by many factors. There is causality between knowl edge, attitude and needle stick injury prevention behavior.
