习近平总书记关于构建人类命运共同体思想是对马克思主义共同体思想的继承、创新和发展,是对中国优秀传统文化的创造性吸收、转化和发展,是对中华人民共和国成立以来外交实践经验的科学总结和理论提升,蕴含着唯物主义哲学原理和深厚的中国智慧。构建人类命运共同体,旨在从政治上,坚持对话协商,建设一个持久和平的世界;从安全上,坚持共建共享,建设一个普遍安全的世界;从经济上,坚持合作共赢,建设一个共同繁荣的世界;从文化上,坚持交流互鉴,建设一个开放包容的世界;从生态上,坚持绿色低碳,建设一个清洁美丽的世界。构建人类命运共同体思想是对中国外交战略和理念的重大升华,反映了世界各国人民的共同期盼,为人类和平发展指明了前进方向;适应了新时代中国与世界发展关系的历史趋势,充分体现了当前条件下中国负责任大国的担当。构建人类命运共同体要坚持和平发展基本原则和开放发展理念,持续对外开放实践,积极推进"一带一路"倡议,打造全方位外交,不断完善全球治理体系。

President Xi Jinping＇ s proposal of building a comnmnity of shared future for mankind is an inheritance, innovation and development of Marxist theory on community development. It comes as an absorption, transformation and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. It is a scientific summary and theoretical promotion of the diplomatic practices and experiences accumulated since the founding of the New China. It is endowed with the philosophical principles of materialism and is imbued with profound Chinese wisdom. The purposes of building a community of shared future are reflected in the following five aspects. Politically, we must persist in dialogue and consultation to build a world of lasting peace ; in terms of security, we must stick to the concept of co-construction and sharing to build a world of universal security; on the economic front, we must adhere to the principle of cooperation and reciprocity to build a world of common prosperity; culturally, we must enhance mutual exchanges and mutual learning to build a world of openness and inclusiveness; and ecologically, we must pursue a green and low carbon development path to build a world of cleanness and beauty. The concept of building a community of shared future for mankind is a significant sublimation of China＇ s diplomatic strategy and philosophy, reflecting the common will and aspiration of people across the whole world and charting out the future direction for the peaceful development of mankind. In addition, this concept also accords with the historical trends of the development of relations between China and the world in the new era, projecting China＇ s image as a responsible global power under emTent circumstances. To build a community of shared future for mankind, we must adhere to the basic principles of peaceful development and the concept of open development, continue to open up to the outside world, actively promote the construction of the ＂ Belt and Road＂, pursue multi-level and multi-faeeted diplomacy, and constantly contribute to improving the global governance system.
