应从直径、密度、加油工艺等方面控制纤维芯绳芯质量;将层股钢丝接触应力尽可能控制到最小以及重视绳芯钢丝质量作为金属绳芯质量控制的共同点;单层股钢丝绳金属绳芯结构与参数设计应与外层绳联动;多层股抗旋转钢丝绳绳芯选择交互捻相对合适,当采用压实股组绳或外层绳与绳芯被聚合物隔离时,绳芯也可选择同向捻;对合绳次数等于组绳股层数抗旋转钢丝绳,绳芯不同层股应与外层绳股在绳中保持相等捻角,绳芯不同层股在绳芯中应具有相同捻向;对合绳次数少于组绳股层数抗旋转钢丝绳,绳芯外层直径相对较大层股应与外层绳股在绳中保持相等捻角;平行捻钢丝绳绳芯中相邻层股对应层绳捻法不同。
The quality of fiber core should be controlled from the aspects of diameter, density and refueling technology, the contact stress of layered steel wire should be nfininfized as far as possible, and the quality of core steel wire should be emphasized as the eomnlon point of quality control of metal core rope. The structure and parameter design of single-layer stranded wire rope metal core should be linked with outer-layer rope ; the cross-twisting of nmlti-layer stranded anti-rotation wire rope core is relatively suitable. When the compacted stranded rope or the outer-layer rope is separated from the core by polymer, the core can also be twisted in the same direction. For the anti-rotation wire rope with the number of coiling strands equal to the number of layers of rope strands, the different layers of the core strands should maintain the same twist angle with the outer strands in the rope, and the different layers of the core strands should have the same twist direction in the core of the rope. For anti-rotation wire rope with less than the number of layers of rope strands, the outer layer of rope core with a relatively large diameter should maintain equal twist angle with the outer layer of rope strands in the rope. The rope twisting method is different for the two layers of strand in the parallel twisting wire rope core.
