介绍镀铜钢丝镀层重量及其组分试验方法行业标准修订的任务来源与工作程序,对标准修订进行技术性说明。新标准增加X射线荧光光谱法检测胎圈用钢丝镀层组分及重量,以及电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定橡胶软管增强用钢丝及子午线轮胎用钢帘线的镀层重量、厚度及组分的试验方法,增加镀层厚度的计算公式,增加胎圈钢丝青铜镀层Sn含量计算公式,增加测定仪器性能指标的操作。

The formula for the thickness of the coating, the fornmla for calculating the Sn content of the bronze coating on bead wire and the operation of measuring the performance index of the instrument are described.
