摘要
在馆员服务能力弱化、职业归属感缺失以及图书馆消亡论弥漫等因素的刺激下,高校图书馆员的职场倦怠日益明显,解决这一问题的关键在于提升高校图书馆的服务能力,而优化人才结构、更新服务模式、整合馆藏资源、打造第三空间、扩展阅读推介是其可行途径。
The weakening of the service ability of the librarians under the stimulation of the lack of professional sense of belong ing and the diffuse of library extinction and the burnout of university librarians are more and more obvious. This paper tries to explore the ways of reforming of university library from the introduction of talents, the transformation of service mode, the integration of resources, the development of the third space and the promotion of reading.
