正念冥想训练对心血管疾病老人伴发抑郁症状的疗效

The effect of mindfulness meditation training on the symptoms of depression in older patients with cardiovascular disease

目的了解正念冥想训练对社区患有心血管疾病的老人伴发抑郁症状的疗效。方法共纳入72例心血管疾病伴发抑郁患者。利用随机数字表法将患者分配到二组,正念冥想训练干预(n=36)为研究组,不作正念冥想训练干预(n=36)为对照组。结果最终70人完成实验,其中对照组36人,正念冥想训练干预研究组34人。研究组症状临床痊愈和显效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.473,P=0.006)。结论正念冥想训练对心血管疾病老人伴发抑郁症状有较好的改善作用。

Objective Understand the curative effect of mindfulness meditation training on elderly people with cardiovascular disease in the community. Methods A total of 72 patients with cardiovascular disease were associated with depression. Using random digital table method to assign patients to two groups,Mindfulness meditation training intervention（n=36）for the study group,No mindfulness meditation training intervention（n=36）was the control group. Results 70 people completed the experiment,Control group（n=36）and mindfulness meditation training intervention group（n=34）. The difference of clinical recovery and effect of the study group was statistically significant（χ^2=7.473,P=0.006）. Conclusion Mindfulness meditation training has a better effect on the symptoms of depression in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.
