责任制整体护理联合家庭系统心理护理在儿童遗尿症护理中的应用效果分析

Effect of responsibility system holistic nursing combination with family system psychological nursing on children with enuresis

目的探讨责任制整体护理联合家庭系统心理护理在儿童遗尿症(NE)护理中的应用效果。方法入选2015年3月~2016年6月84例NE患儿,按入院顺序随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组40例接受常规护理,研究组44例接受责任制整体护理联合家庭系统心理护理。分别在护理前及护理3个月后门诊对患儿进行艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)评估,并调查家长对遗尿症的认知情况。结果护理后,除掩饰性(L)评分无明显变化外,研究组精神质(P)、内外向(E)、情绪性(N)分量表评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组家长对遗尿症的认知情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理通过健康宣教及多种干预训练指导,同时联合家庭系统心理护理改善患儿内向、情绪不稳的特征,最终可使患儿的遗尿症状及心理问题得到明显改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of responsibility system holistic nursing combination with family system psychological nursing on children with enuresis（EN）. Methods 84 cases children with EN from Mar.2015 to Jun.2016 were collected and were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,and the control group with 40 cases were given routine care,the study group with 44 cases were given responsibility system holistic nursing combination with family system psychological nursing. The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）was assessed the children＇s outpatient care before and after 3 months,and the enuresis cognition of parents were surveyed. Results After nursing,the scores of Psychoticism（P）,extroversion（E）and emotionality（N）of the study group were better than those of the control group except for disguised（L）scores（P〈0.05）,and the total effective rate of the fomer was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The enuresis cognitive of parents in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Responsibility system holistic nursing by health education and various intervention training,and combination with family system psychological nursing improving the characteristics of introversion and emotional instability of children,can improve enuresis symptoms and psychological problems.
