摘要
在大直径盾构隧道施工中,箱涵是安装在由管片组成的环形隧道衬砌内的重要构件,因此箱涵的运输和吊装对整个工程的施工安全和施工进度影响很大。传统施工中,箱涵运输时被直接放置在固定支座上,横向放置影响其他车辆通行,纵向没有支撑造成在遇到大坡度或车辆紧急制动等情况时存在安全隐患。箱涵吊装时需要盾构机箱涵吊具具备翻转或回转等辅助功能,这就造成盾构机后配套设计制造的困难和操作的复杂性,加大吊装过程的风险,降低施工效率。针对箱涵运输和吊装过程中存在问题,研制一种大直径盾构隧道箱涵运输支撑转动装置。通过工程应用证明,其安全可靠,施工效率高。
In the construction of the tunnel with large diameter shieht, the transportation and lifting of box girder, which is an important component of segmented tunnel lining, may directly impact the construction security and progress. Traditionally, the box girder is directly put on a fixed seat during transportation, which may cause such problems as the interfere by putting the girder transversely on the passage of vehicles, and the insecurity by putting the girder longitudinally in ease of steep road or vehicle emergency stop. During lilting process of box girder, the hoist system of the shield machine should have the function of turning over or rotation, which makes its rear hoist system very complicated in manutaeturing and operation, increases the hoisting risk and reduces the efficiency of construction. To solve the problems, we developed a new rotatable support device. Engineering applications have proved that it is safe and reliable with high construction efficiency.
