摘要
清水混凝土结构一次成型,舍去过多华丽的建筑装修,尽量减少后期修饰,将环保理念贯穿于整个建设过程中,其素雅的风格和独有的厚重感是其他建筑材料无法企及和效仿的。在国内,清水混凝土应用于地铁地下车站的案例极少,青岛地铁13号线灵山卫站在青岛地铁中首次成功将清水混凝土技术大范围应用于地下车站公共区。以灵山卫站为研究对象,对车站设计和施工过程进行经验归纳,提出清水混凝土在地下车站中的可应用范围、设计原则、设计要点、施工控制要点以及保养要点,总结几点应用过程中所遇到的主要问题及提出相应建议,最后阐述清水混凝土在地铁车站中的应用前景。
The structure of the as-east finish concrete is completed by one-off pouring and excessive gorgeous decorating can be abandoned to reduce later modifications and fulfill the concept of environmental protection throughout the construction process on account of its simple but elegant style and unique sense of weight superior to other building materials. However, there are few eases of the application of the as-east finish concrete in underground stations in China. For the first time, Lingshanwei station of Qingdao metro line 13 has successfully applied the as-east finish concrete to the public area of underground station in Qingdao metro. Taking Lingshanwei station as the research object, this paper summarizes the design and construction processes of the station, puts forward application scope, design principles, key points of design, construction control and maintenance of the as-east finish concrete in the underground station, and addresses main problems in application and oft)rs eolTesponding suggestions. Finally, it expounds future application of as-east finish concrete in underground stations.
