金正日的接班过程与朝鲜领袖唯一领导体制的巩固

Kim Jong-il's Succession and Consolidation of the Unitary Leadership System in DPRK

从20世纪60年代初期起,金正日就辅佐其父金日成的工作,经过初步形成、构筑、巩固三个阶段最终确立了金正日接班体制。在此过程中,金正日发展并丰富了金日成创立的主体思想,在全党乃至全社会树立了唯一思想体系,还通过树立中央高度集中的组织体系以及构筑核心权力集团,逐步继承了金日成的领导地位。到1994年金日成去世的时候,金正日接班体制已经在朝鲜完成。金正日接班体制的形成意味着朝鲜领袖唯一领导体制的进一步巩固和发展。

Since the early 1960s,Kim Jong-il had assisted his father Kim Il Sung in his work.After the three stages of discussion,construction and consolidation,Kim Jong-il's succession system was finally established.In this process,Kim Jong-il developed and enriched the Juche Idea created by Kim Il Sung,an unitary ideological system in the whole Korean Workers Party and the whole society.Moreover,Kim Jong-il had gradually succeeded the leadership through building the centralized organizational system and a core power group.By Kim Jong-il's death in 1994,Kim Jong-il's succession system had been implemented.The formation of Kim Jong-il's succession system indicates the further consolidation and development of the unitary system of the leadership in DPRK.
