摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的推进,民族地区涉外商务活动发展势头迅猛,区域经济的发展对既懂得国际商务规则又能熟练运用国际语言和区域语言等多种语言进行涉外活动的人才需求不断增加。新形势下全国高校陆续成立商务英语专业,然而,人才的输出与社会的需求不对接,呈现出需求大与就业难的矛盾。因此,民族地区多语复合型商务英语人才的培养应以"英语+多语"为依托的商务英语教学模式对英语和商务课程进行合理配置,在教授理论课的同时强化实践教学环节,跨文化交际能力培养也需要从不同侧面推进,以增强学生的择业竞争力和对社会的适应性。
The promotion of "Belt and Road Initiative" has made a rapid development of foreign business activities in multilateral minority regions,and the demand for multilingual business talents with a good command of international commercial practice is in urgent needs.Although more and more business English departments have been established in universities in China,the output of such talents is not in line with the needs,namely,large demand but difficult employment.In order to resolve the contradiction,a training mode of "English plus multi-language" for inner-disciplinary talents through reasonable curriculum integration of English and business courses is suggested here in this paper.Meanwhile,practical teaching and the cultivation of cross-cultural interpersonal skills should be strengthened and forwarded so as to improve students' competitiveness in job hunting and social adaptability.
