情景化灭火救援实战训练研究

Study on Scenario-based Firefighting and Rescue Combat Training

为解决消防中队组训程序不规范、训战脱节等制约实战化训练水平的问题,提出了基于情景设置的实战训练模式。在分析情景化灭火救援实战训练内涵的基础上,探讨了如何通过编排情景,选取和布置训练环境为情景化训练创造贴近实战的环境。结合灭火救援实战要求和训练实际,制定了科目下达、理论提示、情况设定、训练展开、讲评总结五个环节的训练程序,为基层消防中队开展情景化灭火救援实战训练提供理论指导。

In order to solve the problems that impact the effectiveness of combat training, such as the lack of stand- ardization in the training procedures of fire squadron, the imbalance between combat and training and so on, this paper proposes a combat training model based on scenario settings. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the sce- nario-based firefighting and rescue combat training, this paper discusses how to simulate an environment close to realistic combat training through designing, choosing and laying out training scenarios. Combined the requirements and practices of firefighting and rescue combat training, this paper also puts forward a five-step training procedure including task releasing, theory guidance, situation setting, training development and comment ＆ summary, hoping to provide a theoretical guidance for firemen from all over the country to carry out scenario-based firefighting and rescue training.
