摘要
在大量收集、翻译、整理国内外文献资料的基础上,结合案例,分析绳索救助技术的应用场景,提出山岳救助、索道救助和楼层救援三类绳索救助技术典型应用场景,构建绳索救助技术情景库。系统分析了不同情景下锚点、高支点、下降与提升、伤员及担架运送四种绳索救助关键技术,形成较为完善的技术体系,依托情景库和技术体系,提出基于情景的绳索救助技术训练模式,以期提升消防部队的救援水平和救助能力。
On the basis of collecting, translating and clearing up large amounts of domestic and foreign document lit- erature and combined relevant cases, this paper analyzes the scenarios of rope rescue technology, puts forward three kinds of typical scenarios including mountain rescue, ropeway rescue and storey rescue, and creates a scenario library of rope rescue technology. Four typical rope rescue technologies like anchor points, high pivot points, descending and hoisting, transporting the wounded and stretchers under different scenarios are systematically analyzed, and a perfect technology system is built up. Supported by the scenario library and technology system, a rope rescue technology training mode based on varies scenario is presented to enhance the rescue capability and relief competence of firefighting forces.
