阐述了档案工作的机制和作用,分析了档案工作影响力低下的种种表现及其原因。在此基础上,从充分发挥档案的功能,提升档案馆在校园文化建设中的作用;加强档案队伍建设,提升档案馆的学术研究水平和学科地位;加快档案信息资源开发利用,提升档案在教学工作中的作用等方面,探讨了提升档案工作影响力的有效途径。

This paper expounds the mechanism and function of archival work, and analyzes the various manifestations and reasons for the low influence of archival work. On this basis, this paper discusses how to improve archivists from the following aspects： giving full play to the functions of archives, enhancing the role of archives in campus cultural construction, strengthening the construction of archives team, enhancing the academic research level and subject status of archives, speeding up the development and utilization of archives information resources, and enhancing the role of archives in teaching.
